Just over a month ago, I launched — at the urging of legendary business strategist Jay Abraham — the Tom Woods School of Life.
It focuses on practical things. Not the nonaggression principle or economics or philosophy, as important as all of those are. It’s about how to prosper and thrive in a world that hates you.
First month we talked about personal finance and investing.
This month we’re talking about relocation.
Our first live webinar this month is with Doug Casey, #1 New York Times bestselling author and investor who’s lived in 10 countries and visited 175. He’ll talk to us about international relocation, second passports, and offshore accounts.
Next session this month is on relocating within the U.S., and we’ll have people from Tennessee, Florida, Texas, New Hampshire and Arizona talking to us. The person from Tennessee is former U.S. Congressman John Duncan, the last Republican opponent of the Iraq war to retire.
Final session this month is with Joel Skousen, author of Strategic Relocation.
We’re about to release a 4,000-word report for our members on how to relocate on a budget.
We’ve just added a business directory, so we can support each other’s businesses, a job board so we can hire each other, and a directory of local events so my members can meet each other.
Speaking of which, I’m paying for an optional in-person event in Orlando in July as one of many unannounced bonuses my members get.
So yes, you could say this is an important project, and one on which these folks were lucky to get in on the ground floor.
We reopen in August.
