We discuss our experiences studying at Columbia University, and the different paths we took in discovering Austrian Economics. We discuss how we became independent academics, operating outside of traditional institutions and how this gave us more freedom of speech and the ability to to reach a larger audience. We also talk about our work promoting rational thinking on masks and coronavirus lockdowns, the influence of “fiat” academics like Dr Fauci, and the various restrictions on speech that we all have to face.
