My family and I will be moving to a new house across town over the course of the next month. The house we have now has many advantages — lots of land, lots of square footage — but it’s too out of the way, it turns out. Everything’s a longer drive than we want. The new house is just where we need to be and it’s easier to maintain, given that we have four young children. (It’s about as big as the house we had back when we lived in Alabama. I loved that house, and still cherish all the good times we had there — particularly with all the Mises Institute fellows we entertained there.)

I’m also looking to get some office space in town. It’s nice having a home office, but I think it would also be nice to have a committed place just for work. I think it would focus my mind better, and it would be much easier to make YouTubes as well.

So while I’ll do my very best to keep the blog here worth visiting, I hope you’ll understand if it slows down a bit here and there for the next few weeks. If you have interesting links I can post, please submit them. Smackdowns may have to wait a few weeks, though.
