I think my site is due for a redesign. It’s a very attractive site, in my opinion, and I’m very pleased with it, but I need to shuffle things around, so I may as well go for a redesign at the same time.
Here’s the main issue: I have a bunch of things I want to highlight, so that every visitor sees them, and yet I don’t want the site to look too crowded.
Right now I have my e-letter signup as the main thing people see. The graphics I want front and center on the redesigned site will promote and link to:
(1) The Tom Woods Show (coming Sept. 16)
(2) Liberty Classroom
(3) A special page I’m designing that will promote the work I’m doing for the Ron Paul homeschool curriculum
(4) My e-letter
Is this too much to ask for? Is it possible to promote four things, and yet still have a blog on the front page as I do now?
A slideshow doesn’t really work, because people don’t just sit there and wait for your slideshow to finish.
Especially if you’re knowledgeable in web design, your initial impressions are most welcome, and thank you!
