You may have heard about the outage that struck HostGator, BlueHost, and HostMonster yesterday, with millions of websites affected. Thankfully, TomWoods.com is not hosted by any of those companies, but my sister site LibertyClassroom.com is.
The outage lasted about eight hours — more or less unheard of. I sent out a notice alerting subscribers to the problem, and they were champs about it. The outage meant that my various resource pages (on Austrian economics, nullification, and many other topics) were also unavailable.
We were up and running by around 5:30pm Central Time yesterday, but it was a rough day.
So today we’re running another 50% off promotion: take half off a year’s subscription with coupon code MERMAID (all caps; my daughter decided on this one). That means access to seven courses in history, economics, and philosophy, with our course on Keynesianism coming later this summer, along with access to our Q&A forums and monthly live sessions. Learn in your car from professors you can trust. See you there!
