I think this brand new book, which I’ve just ordered, will be good: Kevin Dowd and Martin Hutchinson, Alchemists of Loss: How Modern Finance and Government Intervention Crashed the Financial System .Â I’m not familiar with Hutchinson, but Dowd is definitely on the side of the angels.
